If you are unhappy or not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it, no questions asked. If you get it wrong, we make it right. *You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.
Notes on Returns:
- Do not fold, tape, or nail any surface of the item or rug that is to be returned.
- No returns will be accepted without an RMA number, please fill out the form below to receive your RMA number.
- We recommend you ensure your return shipment with the carrier selected for full purchase price to protect against loss or damage in transit.
- We cannot accept returns on custom rugs, custom stair treads, wall to wall, sisal remnants, clearance/closeouts, or any damaged items.
- Refunds exclude any expedited shipping costs.
- No returns will be accepted after the 30-day return window.
- Fill out the return request below to receive an RMA number (Return merchandise authorization). Please allow 1-2 business days for it to process.
- Use a trackable carrier of your choice (UPS, Fedex, etc.) to ship the item to our warehouse, we recommend using FedEx. Use the FedEx locator to find the nearest FedEx store.
