Our Rugs Guarantee the Highest Standard of Elegance

At Natural Area Rugs we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item, free of charge. We’ll pay for the return shipping and give you a full refund.

  • Call Customer Service at 1-800-661-7847 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Print the pre-paid FedEx shipping label and securely attach to original packaging
  • Drop off package with any FedEx driver or at any FedEx Office location

At Natural Area Rugs we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item, free of charge. We’ll pay for the return shipping and give you a full refund.

If an incorrect or damaged item was shipped to you, we will gladly replace or issue a full refund. You can take up to 15 days from the receipt of the item to return the merchandise. We recommend that you do not throw out packaging and/or order number information until satisfaction is guaranteed. For exchanges we ask that you contact our Customer Service department for assistance. 

Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. If you threw away the packaging please contact Customer Service and we’ll gladly send you more. Without exception, used items are NOT returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Any item(s) that comes back to us in a condition that cannot be resold as new is considered USED. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR USED ITEM. DO NOT fold or use tape on the surface or backing of the rug. Refund excludes any expedited shipping costs.

 

* Custom orders (custom rugs, broadloom/wall-to-wall and custom rug pads), custom border rugs, stair treads/rugs and sisal remnants are not returnable under any circumstances.
