It is our goal to satisfy every customer. We will never knowingly disappoint you, but for any reason if there is something that needs to be brought to our attention, please feel free to call us at (800) 661-7847.

• Custom rugs are not returnable. Custom border rugs are not returnable. All custom rugs sales are final without exception.
• If you believe we've shipped the wrong custom rug to you, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the rug to be sent back to our facility to sort out the issue.
• Please retain all receipts and order forms for any disputes or issues.
