"I ordered this rug in 9x12 and it is amazing! It is silky soft to the touch and feels soooooo comfortable to walk on. Its thick and just gorgeous! We love it! I ordered an 8x10 jute boucle rug from West Elm a the same time and this rug FAR FAR surpasses the West Elm rug, which is pretty but nowhere near the quality of this one nor 1/2 as soft. Customer service is amazing, shipping is lightening fast - you cannot go wrong!!!!"

"Natural Area Rugs has the best prices in the industry, with free shipping and return shipping to boot. I purchased this rug about a year ago and have only fallen in love with it more! We have the rug in a high traffic area, and it has withstood wine and food spills, our cat using it as her personal scratching post, etc. It is very easy to clean and only becomes softer over time. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a high style impact with low-maintenance!"
