Most rug orders leave our Southern California facility within 2-3 days. Items are shipped via UPS, FedEx and a network of reliable carriers. Your merchandise should arrive in 5-14 business days. This does not include custom-made rugs, which may take up to six weeks. In the event of a delay, NaturalAreaRugs.com will notify our customers by mail.

Please note that items ordered on the same day may not arrive together in one shipment. Larger items are shipped via freight carriers like FedEx National.

If an unusual circumstance impinges on normal delivery procedures, such as the need to carry products up many flights of stairs, the freight carrier may add surcharges to your order. Once a product has been delivered to the address provided, it becomes the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the item(s) arrive at the final destination.

Rush Orders and Delivery

To accommodate the needs of our customers, we provide rush services at an additional charge. Please contact our customer service department via e-mail or call (800) 661-RUGS (7847) or (323) 233-6666 for more information. You can also fax us at (323) 233-6661.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands

Orders and promotional items such as free rugs, shades, carpets or rug pads shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands will be subject to shipping charges. For Alaska, shipping charges will be 35% of the total sales amount, for Puerto Rico there will be a 30% charge and for the Virgin Islands a 40% shipping charge will be added.

Please note that we cannot ship to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, P.O. Box Addresses, or to Guam.

Canada

All items on our website are shipped from the United States. There will be a 25% shipping cost on items shipped to Canada. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are ordering from Canada please add 2-4 weeks for delivery. Rush delivery service is not available to Canada.

The customer is responsible for any custom fees and taxes on shipments outside the United States.

International Orders

When placing an order online it is possible to specify International destinations and territories. However, we ask that you call us at (323) 233-6666 or email us at info@naturalarearugs.com for shipping costs.

NaturalAreaRugs.com is not responsible for any custom or brokerage fees or any other International costs for shipments outside the United States.

* For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
