    "I ordered the white shag carpet (4'x6') and the old world bamboo rug. The marshmallow shag carpet is lush and fabulous. The bamboo rug is really nice quality but it arrived with a rather deep gouge in it in the corner. Of course we did not notice until after the fed ex truck departed. Also, there were strange human hairs in the box....its almost as if someone else had ordered the rug, returned it because of the gouge, packed it up with some of their hairs in it and then the company resold it to us.....weird! A little sad about the whole experience...."
